  • Treatment must continue regularly; gaps longer than 3 months may affect results, and the clinic is not responsible for delays or relapse.

  • The treatment package is non-refundable and non-transferable once started.

  • Only brackets are covered under unlimited breakage repair; wires, bands, and retainers will be charged separately.

  • The clinic is not liable for issues caused by missed visits, poor oral hygiene, diet-related damage, or adjustments done elsewhere.

  • Follow-up visits every 3–4 weeks are mandatory; absence beyond 3 months voids clinic responsibility for outcomes.
